Geesh - I don't know what's worse, being your coworkers or being left in the lurch, not knowing.
At least for now you have *some* warning. Instead of using it to feel down, try to put it to positive use instead. Update that resume, put yourself out there & see what can happen. You just never know.
I just saw on the news a lady that got her husband a job by leaving his resume on cars in business parking lots - smart eh?
