I love reading Michael Yon's work. He's straight up to the point no BS. If something isn't going well he reports it. When things are going well your heart sings to read his words. Sometimes I hold my breath as I read his gripping reports. Other times I tear up reading of broken children and families.
He gives the story that you never ever see in the mainstream media. He's there. He's living it.
