There is a new set of dogs up and in need over at Hounds Good. It's probably good that I don't live in Georgia because I'd have to own a farm for all the dogs I'd try to rescue. And a pregnant mama doggy! So sad. If her owners had been responsible and had her spayed she wouldn't be in this mess - it's no fault of hers!
Last week's dogs were all rescued or saved from death in the nick of time. Please help spread the word or make a donation to rescue this set.
Also, a sweet Siberian Husky is in Urgent Need. He's also in Georgia but I may try to convince hubby to see if we might be able to adopt if they will transport. I'm crazy. Four dogs?!?!? Sheesh. But he's too handsome to die!
[EDITED TO ADD] - Horray! Zack (husky pictured above) is on his way to a special Siberian rescue in Florida. I've asked hubby and we're going to find out more about this lovely man. If I need to I will fly my big butt to Florida to fly him back to us. :) I will keep ya'll updated. And yes, we are insane dog people!!!

What a sweet dog. I hope someone adopts him!
I wish I had enough room and enough money to rescue a whole bunch of dogs...I am partial to labs, especially black ones, since my husband & I have a black lab named Anna!
There are so many deserving dogs who need loving good homes!
I hope these dogs get rescued!
Huskies are great dogs. My mother's second husband had a gorgeous husky/wolf. I'd love to own a dog like this one, and I'm already in Miami, but we're apartment dwellers and we've somehow acquired two cats over the years.
I'm a dog lover too :) I was happy to read that Zack was rescued.
I'm glad you're this insane a dog person.
I too wish I had a farm and enough money to adopt cats and dogs. That boy sure is handsome! I am glad to hear that he is on his way to FL, hopeful you will get to keep him and we will be blessed with more pics of him on your blog!
Artful Blessings,
Kathryn
Wow. What a nice looking dog.
Wow! You are very generous to take in dogs that need rescuing.
awwww... We rescue our dogs too! We live in CT and the dogs came from KY/TN area. Isn't it a great feeling helping the animals? I know everytime I see one that needs help, I want to take him/her in!!!
I'm glad to read that Zack got rescued.
My brother and sil have rescued so many dogs and cats too. They just can't resist animals! Now they have 4 kids so they've had to cut back on that but they still with fundraising efforts for Animal Aid.
